Chili Champion: GIRD Employees Crown a Favorite in a Blind Taste Test!

The debate over the best chili can be a heated one. So GIRD employees decided to put their palates to the test after Mark A. claimed Dixie Chili "is the best". He even brought in cans for the office to try! One thing led to another, and Owen W. took on the responsibility of organizing (and microwaving) eight cans of chili for a blind taste test.

After much deliberation and many spoonfuls, a clear champion emerged, reaffirming a local favorite: Skyline Chili. The distinct flavor and perfect consistency of Skyline once again won over the majority of our team, proving its status as a beloved staple. While all the chilis had their unique qualities, the blind test solidified Skyline's place as the reigning champion in the hearts (and stomachs) of GIRD employees.
