GIRD Systems, Inc. develops signal processing modules, primarily for US Government agencies, but is expanding by solving commercial industries' signal processing problems too. Our specialties are Direction Finding, GPS-denied Location Determination, Interference Mitigation, and Compressed Sensing. These are especially applied to RF applications. The company has many interesting and challenging projects. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated versatility in their jobs with experience in many of the following: novel DSP algorithm development in MATLAB, simulation and verification, proposal and report writing, translating DSP algorithms into DSP and FPGA firmware – both in C, VHDL, and Verilog, and building customer relationships. We seek highly motivated, innovative and forward thinking individuals to grow with the company.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum BS, but MS or higher preferred, in Electrical/Computer Engineering specializing in DSP/RADAR/wireless comm./location systems. At least 5 years work experience in R&D, system design, new product development. Must be proficient in MATLAB or high-speed DSP implementation in firmware (C and VHDL/Verilog). Must have US citizenship or US permanent residency. Salary is commensurate with experience, with an excellent fringe benefit package and profit sharing.
